Building spiritual resilience is a lot like building muscle - success lies in the doing, and in persisting in the doing. Because of the intimate connection between our bodies and our spirits, practices that calm our nervous systems and help them heal can, with the proper intention, help our spirits soar.
I pray these sessions have helped you discover or recover practices that bring you to greater peace, compassion and joy. The work we've done so far isn't the whole story, but it's a really strong start.
